AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "client") and Legal Pilot ("Legal Pilot", "we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Legal Pilot website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Website").

Legal Pilot acts as a reseller of legal and / or financial services provided by qualified and duly licensed third-party partners on a contractual basis therebetween.

Legal Pilot provides the clients with highly competent intermediary services of offering of the legal advice and corporate consulting etc. Legal Pilot hereby states it does not itself provides the financial and legal services; its reselling activity shall not be subject to licensing by regulatory authorities.

PAYMENT TERMS

Prior to beginning any works, Legal Pilot and the Client need to sign the Client Agreement. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use, the Client Agreement, and the Privacy Policy, the Client Agreement shall prevail, control, govern, and be binding upon Legal Pilot and you, but only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

The contract shall include the list of works we will provide, key responsibilities of the parties, timing and other important articles. The Contract will also include the amount of payment Legal Pilot will receive for the provided services and the corresponding payment procedures.
